"Making it Big"
After several years of small tactical initiatives, Stanley decided to take a new, more comprehensive approach to the Hispanic market. Stanley hired AC&M in January 2008 to develop a comprehensive marketing plan for Hispanics. The initiative, "Hazla en Grande" is focused on helping Hispanics to learn more and to achieve the American dream, by giving them the tools and resources to educate themselves and "learn to earn". This project includes development and production of print ads, promotional training videos and books, webpage, radio campaign and grass roots events.
